Approval Details of Fees Permission Processing Fees Non-transferable and Non-refundable fees for certificate courses conducted on a non-grant basis. This is applicable to all submissions made within the aforementioned time. Late fees shall be an additional 10% of the Regular Processing Fees. That is, the Late Processing Fees shall be Regular Processing Fees + 10% Regular Processing Fees.
