Forms are available at

A) Application forms will be available at the Vocational Training Office. Application form should be duly filled signed and submitted before the due date, along with the necessary documents and the fee receipt. In exceptional cases, fees should be paid in cash at the Vocational Training Office. Application form should be submitted in duplicate and in time. Fees paid are non-refundable. Applications that are incomplete or those that are not accompanied by all the necessary documents shall not be considered. The dates and time of submission of application shall be duly published in the newspapers and shall also be displayed at the Vocational Training Office.
